Step 1
Drain Health Check
We will arrange for a member of our drainage team to perform our Drain Health Check. During this our specialist will carefully check your home drainage system, including traps and access points, to make sure everything is working properly.
They will also look out for early warning signs such as slow draining, unusual smells, or small leaks before they develop into bigger problems.
After the initial drain health check, you’ll receive a personalised Drain Health Report summarising the condition of your system.

Ongoing Maintenance Reports & Reminders

ss part of your service, you’ll receive a quarterly drain health report with tailored seasonal tips, such as:

You’ll also get automated reminders.

Drain Care Consumables by Post
To support your ongoing care, you can receive maintenance packs by post. These may include:

Quarterly supply of enzyme drain tablets or filters

If you experience an issue, you can call our support hotline anytime
After we have performed our drainage health check, if a fault arises within 12 months that is directly connected to the parts of the system we inspected / serviced, we’ll return and fix it.
